A special feature of this fragrance is neroli essential oil, meaning bitter orange blossom (Citrus aurantium subsp. amara). It is a key ingredient in oriental sweets, found as “orange blossom water,” especially in former Persian territories, but also in the Arab world, Turkish cuisine, and even Indian cuisine.
